Permits are NOT required when a deck is:

Less than 0.6 metres (24 inches) above the ground at every point;

Does not have a roof or walls;
-
Entirely located within a back or side yard; and
-
Not located on a corner lot.

Deck Design
Basic, Picture Frame, Custom Patterns and Materials
We usually start by asking you to share some pics of your ideal deck designs with us and take it from there. Depending on budget and codes we will ensure your choices will result in a durable and long lasting design for your new deck. We can design and build to suit your needs and style with choices ranging from basic clean designs to the classics and of course the more involved designs and materials. Most of our projects are made using pressure treated wood or pressure treated frames with composite decking.
Planning
Complete Deck Design and Planning
Planning a deck is a simple process that involves checking the area around the house for any electrical, water or other connections or piping that may need to be taken into account before the design can be laid out in full. We are happy to provide drawings when required of our projects. Some basic items included in all of our designs are railings, stairs, skirting, fabric and rock for under or around your new deck.
Utilitity Locating
We Always Call For Utilities
It is free of charge for utility locating when and if required, often times they are marked for us already because of other work or on new construction properties. We enter the ticket as soon as we have scheduled your project and finalized your details.
Deck Materials
Pressure Treated, Untreated, Cedar & Vinyl
We off construction design and installation of all kinds of fencing designs and products. Let us know what you have in mind and we will write you a detailed estimate for your consideration. We can use any supplier you prefer or one of our own favorites.
Fence Style
One Year Warranty
Our warranty on all work and materials is at least one full year of complete coverage. We can write specific warranties for your projects as needed, just let us know what you need and we will work it out with you. Our warranty only covers regular usage and does not include expected wear and tear. Most times our warranty calls are solved with a single quick visit. If required we will fix the issue at our own cost.

Choose your favorite or desired style of fence from our gallery or from any local supplier you like, we will get the details and adjust the design to your properties plan.
Deposits and Payment Types
We accept all major credit cards through our online invoicing system, we also accept all interac transfers, cheques and cash. We ask for the material costs as our deposit as they are purchased and chosen ahead of time and delivered to site on the first day or so.
